Full Schedule

Maxine Sanders believes that a Witchcraft ritual must be direct and powerful and that each Witch who performs the arts must elevate themselves to this high standard. While there has always been the rare natural magician or Witch, for most potential practitioners, the power of magic is latent and buried and they require solid training to bring out their innate magical abilities. Moreover, the tend towards making Witchcraft more mainstream and acceptable has resulted in a magical religion increasingly devoid of overt magical practice when it is that very magic that forms part of the essence of who we are as Witches. Join Maxine as we explore the importance of magical training and how you can seek ways to develop your inner power by finding teachers who can guide you on the path.

  • Discover how magic forms a fundamental component of the spiritual work of the Witch
  • Learn about forms of magic performed in the Alexandrian Tradition of Witchcraft and other magical paths that Maxine has worked with.
  • Explore the use of magic as a daily practice to keep ones skill sharpened.
  • Learn the dangers of Academia and how it can be, as Maxine states, a 'magic killer.' There is nothing worse than a bored Witch and bored Witches turn to Academia to replace their sense of magic and wonder with tedious facts and figures. While Academia can help us to discover our roots, they also seek to strip those roots of our very real power.

From her decades of experience with intense magical training to witnessing what has become of many of today's Witches, Maxine engages in a challenging and thought provoking discussion on this often-ignored issue of the value of Magic in the Craft!
