Two common ingredients in spells are pen and paper. A lot of magical work can be done using just pen and paper. This workshop will get its participants to try and look at how they can create and work magic using a simple pen, some paper, and whatever other simple materials they may have on hand.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will make a paper sigil and petition packet that they will carry with them as a reminder of their time at the convention and that magic can be made with very few tools.
