Full Schedule

Cairelle Crow is a genealogist, a writer, an artist, and a bohemian granny to two beautiful boys. She is the founder of the New Orleans Witches' Ball and has been involved in the New Orleans magical/occult community, in some form or another, for the past 30 years. Her own experience with genealogy has been filled with delightful discoveries and heartbreaking secrets and, during countless hours of researching her Ancestors' journeys, she has forged an intense spiritual bond with many of those whose lives fatefully mixed and mingled to ultimately create her, their one-of-a-kind magical daughter.

Professionally, Cairelle uses traditional and genetic genealogy and other resources to help adoptees find birth families and to solve cases of misattributed parentage, but the blending of genealogy with spirituality, magic, and the creative arts is her personal passion. She has undertaken many hours of genealogy study and maintains memberships in the National Genealogical Society, the International Society of Genetic Genealogy, the Louisiana Genealogical & Historical Society, the Association of Professional Genealogists and also participates in several groups associated with her own personal family heritage. Cairelle lives in her native New Orleans with her husband and their terror terrier, Heidi Feist.
